Filament

What filament types do you carry?
We stock PLA+, PETG, TPU (flexible), and specialty filaments including Silk PLA, Glow-in-the-Dark PLA, and Wood-Fill PLA. Check our Catalog for current colors and stock, and our Filament Guide for help choosing.

What diameter is your filament?
All of our filament is 1.75mm.

How should I store filament?
Keep spools sealed with desiccant in a dry place. Most filaments absorb moisture over time, which can affect print quality.

Can I buy a small amount to test a color?
Yes! We sell filament by the gram in 100g, 150g, and 250g packs — grab just the amount your project needs in any in-stock color.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — free pickup in Windsor, CO, usually ready in about 2 hours. See our Local Pickup page for details.

Do you ship?

Custom work

Can you print my design?
Absolutely. Submit a custom print request with your idea, and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a quote and timeline.

What do you need from me?
A description or file, your preferred material/color, dimensions, and your timeline. The more detail, the better the quote.

Are there things you won't print?
We can't produce items that are infringing, illegal, unsafe, or that use trademarked/copyrighted characters without permission. See our Terms of Service.

Filament buyback

What is the filament buyback program?
Bring in unused filament and we'll buy it back by the gram as store credit toward your next purchase. Details are on our Filament Buyback page.

Returns

What's your return policy?
Unopened filament can be returned within 30 days; opened spools and custom work are handled differently. Full details are on our Refund & Return Policy.
