About us
Dapper Potato Designs is a 3D-printing filament and custom manufacturing business based in Windsor, Colorado, serving Northern Colorado makers.
Products & pricing
We do our best to display products, colors, and pricing accurately. Filament colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person. We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, and limit or refuse orders at our discretion.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment details.
Custom print requests
Custom and made-to-order work is subject to these additional terms:
- Design rights: By submitting a design, file, or request, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to it or have permission to have it produced, and that producing it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
- Right to refuse: We may decline any custom request at our discretion, including requests that are infringing, illegal, unsafe, or that depict weapons, trademarked or copyrighted characters, or other restricted content.
- Approval & production: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the design, color, dimensions, and specifications before production. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.
- Functional use: 3D-printed parts vary in strength and tolerance by design and material. Unless specifically agreed in writing, items are not guaranteed for load-bearing, safety-critical, food-contact, or medical applications.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dapper Potato Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding, logos, and original designs are the property of Dapper Potato Designs and may not be used without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page.
